We offer free standard shipping anywhere in the Continental U.S. If you need your gear fast, it’s no problem! Just let us know your deadline and we’ll be happy to make it happen.

We understand that your custom order arriving on time is ESSENTIAL. Rush deliveries have been—and always will be—our specialty. Whether you’re ordering with our standard turnaround time or rushing an delivery, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline.

How Quickly Does My Order Ship?

All order processed on the same day require a 7-14 day processing time before they are shipped. Some orders may require additional time if item is not in stock, or if item is on backorder. In the event of this happening you will be notified. BT Imprintables will always make every attempt possible to deliver product (s) ordered on time. BT Imprintables is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers.

BT Imprintables bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee Strikes or any other complications Caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers. Please note that the selected shipping method is only guaranteed from the date of shipment.

We do not except returns on items that have been damaged, or washed. If items are in originally state you will be offered a refund, or the option of having the item replaced. You are responsible for shipping cost BT Imprintables reserves the right to deny return of any items after 15 days.

Our Quality and Service Promise to You

Nobody’s perfect, though we always strive to be. In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free experience. Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of you.

  • If your order contains items that are printed different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will replace those items and provide and pre-paid shipping lable at not cost to you.
  • If for any reason we try and are unable to reprint those pieces correctly, we will refund those pieces.
